Update On Jill Burrell's Mother
Prayer
Jill's mom was able to leave Pine Rest today. She was given medications that will hopefully curb the agressiveness and other problems. Pray that the transition back will be smooth and that the medications will be effective so she can stay at home.

Please keep Jill Burrell and her family in your prayers. Over the weekend her mother, who deals with dementia, became increasingly violent and they were forced to admit her to the hospital. Today, she was moved to Pine Rest for further assessment as they try to figure out the next step. Pray for her mother and the family during the hard time of transition.

Brian Dubbink`s mom

We have prayed before for Brian`s mom, who has been in nursing care and dealing with congestive heart failure for a while now.  She went to the hospital over the weekend with trouble breathing, and the doctor has said that it was a symptom of the CHF progressing and that at this time there is nothing else they can do for her.  She was moved into hospice care on Monday evening and the prognosis is that she has 6 months or less to live.  Please pray for Brian`s mom as well as the whole family (Brian has 3 brothers) during this tough time.  Pray especially for Brian as he is also has power of attorney, so making all of these decisions is especially difficult.

Jackie is Norm and Marilynn Walker`s niece, and she has just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.  The family is in the process of finding an oncologist so they can explore treatment options.  Pray for wisdom for the family in this, and pray for healing for Jackie.

Praise God for His protection!  Tuesday morning, someone broke into the church building and was there when Marybeth arrived.  She confronted the young man and thankfully, he simply left the building.  He was later apprehended (by our own Officer BJ Goulette no less!!) and the laptops he took from the church were returned.  But we are especially thankful that God kept Marybeth safe in what COULD have been a serious situation!  God is good!

Lori was able to be moved to the Wyoming Tender Care facility and she is doing great recovering from her knee surgery.  She should be there for about a week.  Thanks for you prayers!

Jeannie had surgery on Monday to correct an issue in her wrist that has been causing her a lot of pain.  You might remember that she already had this done a while back, but it evidently didn`t work.  However, this time the surgeon found the problem and fixed it and now Jeannie is recovering well and says the pain is gone.  Thank you Lord!

Lori`s surgery went extremely well Thursday and the surgeon believes her recovery will be very good.  Praise God for that!  She was to be transferred Friday to a short-term physical rehab center for around a week, but her sodium levels were not good enough for her to transfer.  Continue to pray for her recovery and that she can move tomorrow.

Burnadette Knight had her surgery today (Wednesday) and the surgeon was very pleased.  She said that the surgery could not have gone better!  They won`t know for sure until pathology comes back, but the surgeon felt confident that the cancer had not spread and that they were able to remove it all.  Praise God!

Lori Vos is going in for surgery tomorrow (Thursday) at 4:00 to repair the damage done when she wrenched her knee last week and screws will be put in to do this.  Please pray for Lori too!

Praise God for the healthy arrival of Reece Elizabeth Colvin! She was born this morning weighing 7lbs 12oz and 20in long. Both Reece and Bobbi Jo and doing well. Continue to pray for the Colvins as Aaron, Bobbi Jo and big sisters Delaney welcome to their newest family member!

Gene recently found out that his lung cancer is growing and very likely spreading.  He has been experiencing more pain and weakness too, which are probably related.  Please pray for Burnadette and him for strength, peace and comfort!
