Here’s a list of some of the things going on at Celebration:
Weekly Events • Monthly Events • Special Events
Over the next few weeks
Celebration Photo Directory - -
Have you signed up to get your pictures taken yet? We are in the process of putting together a photo directory, but in order to make it a success we need your participation. Be sure to sign up for a 5-minute slot in the coming weeks. Signups are on the bulletin board outside the church office.
Youth Group - -
We have groups for both Junior High and High School students every Sunday night from 5:30-7:00. The Junior High group meets in Room 6/8 and the High School group meets in the youth room in the NW corner of the auditorium. Come on out for a great time of games, snacks, fellowship, and challenge from God`s word!
Couples' Bible Study - -
A Bible study group for couples ages 20's-30's meets every other Sunday night at church from 5:00 to 7:00, with an emphasis on strengthening marriages and families. We start with potluck dinner for the whole family, and then move to the Bible study after that. Every fourth Sunday is usually game night...nothing but food and fun. Come on out and join us, or contact Jason Price or Jeff Norder for more info.
Monthly Events
Men's Breakfast - -
You have to eat breakfast anyway...Bill Cosby said so. So on the first Saturday of each month, why not join the other men of Celebration at The Galley in Grandville at 8AM for a time of food, coffee, and conversation. Sons, grandsons, etc, are encouraged to come too!
Next Breakfast: Saturday, July 5th
Special Events
Vacation Bible School - 8/3/2008 -
Power Lab VBS is coming to CBC this year, where kids will learn all about Jesus` miraculous power! VBS will be Sunday, August 3rd through Thursday, August 7th in the evenings. Plan on bringing your kids, and invite neighbors and friends too. We also need volunteers to help out with this fun week. You can click HERE to register kids online or to volunteer. Plan on joining us!
Paper Gator - -
Celebration Bible Church has a Paper Gator now! What`s Paper Gator? It is a great opportunity for you recycle a bunch of stuff you already have around the house and raise funds for Celebration all at once! Bring your recyclable paper, (office and school paper, mail, catalogs, old phone books, newspapers, etc) and dump it in the green dumpster in the NE corner of the parking lot (next to the existing garbage dumster). The paper will be recycled and used again, and the church will get a quarterly check based on the amount of paper collected. What could be easier?? Save your paper and bring it with you to church! (Please no cardboard, plastic, or glass.)
