Awana

Our club program for kids ages 3 through 5th grade meets on Wednesday nights during the school year. The action begins at 6:20 p.m. and wraps up at 8:00 p.m. In between is an exciting time of singing and games. But the focal point of Awana is a Bible verse memorization program built around an exploration theme. Kids rise through the ranks from Cubbies to Sparks to Truth & Training (T&T) as they work through a series of handbooks that give them memory verses and activities to make those verses come alive. Each week every child has an opportunity to recite their memorized verse to an adult who then helps them understand how that verse relates to their life. Awards are given for memorizing verses, bringing their Bible, and other activities. The Awana kickoff this year is Wednesday, September 17th.
